Ground sausage - 1 pound Cream cheese - 8 ounces Baking mix - 1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese  - 1 ½ cups Dried parsley - 1 teaspoon Onion powder - ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon Salt and black pepper - As per taste

Step - 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Step - 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage and cream cheese.

Step - 3

Gradually incorporate the baking mix, shredded cheddar cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper into the sausage and cream cheese mixture.

Step - 4

Once the mixture has come together, shape it into bite-sized balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.

Step - 5

Bake the sausage balls in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until they acquire a golden brown hue and are cooked through.
