Ingredients

Beef tenderloin - 1.5 pounds (680g), Unsalted butter - 4 tablespoons Minced garlic - 3 cloves Finely chopped onion - 1 medium-sized Sliced red bell pepper - 1 Sliced green bell pepper - 1

Step - 1

In a bowl, combine the beef slices with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until the beef is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes

Step - 2

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter has melted and begins to sizzle, add the marinated beef. Sauté the beef until it turns brown and caramelized, approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.

Step - 3

Toss in the finely chopped onions, sliced red bell pepper, and sliced green bell pepper. Sauté the vegetables alongside the beef until they are tender yet still retain a slight crunch, for about 5-6 minutes.

Step - 4

Pour in the remaining marinade from the bowl. Stir well, allowing the sauce to coat the beef and vegetables evenly. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes

Step - 5

Garnish with fresh parsley, which adds a touch of freshness and color to the dish. Serve hot and enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth goodness!
