Quick Chicken Casserole



Fast and delicious chicken dish for all chicken lovers.



  • 2-3 Chicken breast fillets
  • 60g butter
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 rashers bacon, chopped
  • ½ cup red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 425 g can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cups rice, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons parsley



Brown meat in melted butter and put in an oven-proved dish.

Fry onion, bacon, capsicum and celery for 3 minutes.

Mix with soup together and pour over the meat. Cover and cook in the oven on 180º C for 45 minutes or until ready. Serve with rice.
