Quick Baked Macaroni With Cheese and Eggs


I prepare this dish when I don’t have time to cook, my children and my husband adore it. It’s fast, simple and delicious.


  • 500 g macaroni
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 ml yogurt or milk
  • 300 g. cheese
  • salt
  • spices
  • oil



  1. Cook pasta in salted water. When done, drain and place in an oiled baking pan. Pour half pasta in the pan.
  2. Add crumbled cheese all over and pour the rest of the macaroni.
  3. Mix eggs with yogurt or milk, add spices and salt and pour on top. Bake until lightly browned. I like them more crunchy so I bake a little longer.
Combine with fresh salad.
