Delicious, fast, cheap and old Macedonian dessert. I recommend you to prepare this light dessert which is perfectly good for the summer temperatures.
- 1 liter of milk
- 7 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar (10 g)
- Mix eggs with sugar until foamy. Then add the milk and continue mixing for some time.
- Put the mixture in a glass dish and bake in the oven at medium heat for about 1 hour until brown pores appear on top. You can divide the mixture in several ovenproof dishes and bake.
- Cool and serve. You can pour melted caramel on top or combine it with cream.
