HOMEMADE TARTAR SAUCE

I love this sauce in combination with breaded chicken steak or breaded cheese, that’s my perfect combination and that’s the only way I use it. Let’s see how you can prepare tartar sauce at home.

Ingredients:

  •      3 pickles
  •      5-6 cloves garlic
  •      1 cup sour cream
  •      1 tbs mustard
  •      150-200 g mayonnaise
  •      some parsley

  Preparation:

  1. Grate pickles on the smallest holes on your grater. Drain well the juice.
  2. Grate garlic. Mix with the grated pickles.
  3. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and chopped parsley.
  4. Mix everything and refrigerate until serving.
