I love this sauce in combination with breaded chicken steak or breaded cheese, that’s my perfect combination and that’s the only way I use it. Let’s see how you can prepare tartar sauce at home.
- 3 pickles
- 5-6 cloves garlic
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbs mustard
- 150-200 g mayonnaise
- some parsley
- Grate pickles on the smallest holes on your grater. Drain well the juice.
- Grate garlic. Mix with the grated pickles.
- Add sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and chopped parsley.
- Mix everything and refrigerate until serving.
