Creamy Chicken Risotto

Quick and delicious chicken risotto. You can also combine it with seafood instead of chicken, it’s delicious both ways.



  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 500 g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 ½  cups mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 ½  cups  rice
  • 1 package Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
  • 4 cups water
  • ½  cup  frozen peas
  • ½  cup  cream


Heat oil and brown chicken and mushrooms.

Add rice and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Add Soup Mix and water, bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken and rice are cooked, stirring occasionally.

Add peas and cream and cook for another 5 minutes.

You can add Parmesan cheese on top. Serve with a crisp salad.
